They fit a bit bigger so you can have the option to wear with socks. If you are a half size and we don’t have yours available, please size down. Keep in mind that our slides are open-toed and can cover a range of sizes.

Most of our customers who experience foot pain say they help a lot! But, no they do not cure foot pain.

Although, the Cloud Slides do compress with each step and absorb the position of your foot, making it more comfortable then most footwear.

Yes, but sometimes the weather conditions during shipping make them a little stiffer. This is because they are made of compression EVA material, which is exposed to ambient temperature. 

Wear them for a week and they will regain their unique softness, or soak them in warm water for 30 minutes. 

Also together with the slides in the package you will receive a card with step-by-step instructions on what to do to make them regain their unique softness, follow it.

Yes, you can wear them in any condition. Wear them at the beach, inside, in the shower, on a walk etc.

Yes, the Cloud Slides fit wide feet.

Yes, of course our slides are unisex, please follow the size chart in the description on the Cloud Slides product page for size selection. To get the men's size subtract 2 sizes. For example women's size 11 = men's size 9.

Cloud Slides are made of EVA, for soft compression, comfort and durability.

The EVA material we use is designed to break in over time, they are supposed to be stiff right when you get them. If you want to skip the “break in” period, then soak them in warm-hot water for 30 minutes.

Our Price is in USD, but your local currency of what your card will be charged should show on the product page. For example, if you are in Canada it should show the equivalent of our USD price converted to CAD on the product page.

No they don't have much arch support, but the material is designed to compress and relieve pressure off your feet.

To make the squishiest, most comfortable material there are micro air pockets the compress when overheated causing them to shrink slightly.

30 day return policy, you must ship it back to us and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one.
